hi. I wrote simple motion detector. But i want to write, how I make robot. Web cam detect motion (movement) and robot turn this cam (or laser) to motion direction. This robot turn up(down) and left (right) web cam. Which robot I use ? Lego, Surveyor ? Can I do this robot own? That, I live in Baku, and this I can not Lego, Surveyor.

Depends on what you want to build ...

Actually, you could at least have a look on this website ...
There are solution which are made with Lego, Phidgets or SVS ...
