Remove stationary vertical lines from footage

I have those stationary stripes on a recording in overexposed areas in video footage.

How could I clean these areas by either blurring those specific parts or replacing every stripe with the surrounding color?

You can try some morphology filters.

Also you can search this forum - the problem of straight lines was discussed few times.

I tried the

Yet it seems to do nothing to the image...

Quite discouraging. Currently I am trying with blobs.
