How can I convert matrix 2x2 to one row in GlyphRecognition

to 0000001100001100 010000000

It seems like the question has nothing to do with the GRATF project and/or Glyph Recognition. I may ask similar type of question: "How can I convert 2-d array into a vector ?". This is them what you've just asked and this is just a basic programming thing.

I would create a vector of the same size as the matrix and then just copy all elements from one array (2 dimensional) to another one (1 dimensional).

P.S. Your matrix is 5x5 actually, not 2x2.
