[Genetics] Graph tree for consanguinity value

Postby vduvernet » Mon Nov 06, 2017 8:43 am

Hi,

I've heard about AForget.NET framework last night reading a book on .NET Code Optimization. I'm currently downloading this 2.2.5 version but just to be sure it's the framework I need, does someone can confirm these points :
- The genealogy tree I must represent can contain consanguinity. So, I can't use a binary tree in my database but a graph. Does the framework embbed something about consanguinity calculation ?
- Is there a more detailled features version ? (http://www.aforgenet.com/framework/features/ is really short)

Thanks,
Vincent

Hello,

There is nothing in AFogre.NET Framework for this.

No. Only documentation.
With best regards,
Andrew
